In today's video, I will take you with me to a location I scouted for my next work project. Then, I will cook a heartwarming vegetable soup and bake a cake with ricotta and chocolate buttons. I will also share my recipes for banana bread and cotechino in puff pastry with spinach. * Ricotta Cake Recipe: Mix well 250g of ricotta cheese with 180g of sugar, then add two eggs and 50ml of milk. Slowly incorporate 250g of flour, 50g of potato starch, and one packet of baking powder. Finally, add 100g of dark chocolate buttons and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes. * Banana Bread Recipe: In a bowl, mash three to four ripe bananas and mix them with lemon juice. In another bowl, mix 120g of soft butter with 120g of sugar. Then, add two eggs, 6g of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Next, add the bananas, then sift in 200g of flour and incorporate slowly. Finally, add 3g of baking soda and either cinnamon or lemon zest. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
