Welcome to my channel! In today's video, I would like to share with you three delicious Italian recipes: lasagna, parmigiana, and panzerotti, all baked in the Typhur air-fryer. More about me: My name is Cory, and I live on the outskirts of Milan in a 100-year-old renovated house. I work as a creative producer in advertising, and in my spare time, I write screenplays. I’ve just finished my first psychological thriller novel, a work of investigation. Here you can find the illustrated children books that I wrote under the pseudonym Tina Renolf. About This Video

In this slow living day between Milan and the mountains, I start with the simplest kind of cozy home décor: jasmine branches. I always say a touch of green changes everything, and it instantly makes my kitchen feel calmer and more alive. Then I finally test something I used to think was just marketing hype—an air fryer. Typhur sent me their super stylish Dome 2, and I immediately started playing with the settings (Celsius, of course) and noticing the little things that matter in real life: it runs pretty quietly, it preheats fast, and the basket/grill are dishwasher safe. Hehe! After a quick chicken wing test at 200°C, I share three traditional Italian recipes adapted for the air fryer: panzerotti, parmigiana, and lasagna. For panzerotti (Puglia-style, but usually deep-fried), I make a healthier baked version with a simple dough, a spiced tomato sauce, mozzarella, and prosciutto cotto—plus my sealing tip so the mozzarella doesn’t burst out. Then I make my “hopelessly foodie” parmigiana with eggplant (and a layer of zucchini, because I love it), keeping the egg coating flavor but making it lighter than deep-frying. Finally, I bake a creamy lasagna much faster than a normal oven—so fast that the yum-yum scent hit my nose with minutes still left. If you love Italian comfort food but want an easier, quicker rhythm in the kitchen, this video is for you.
