Today's recipes are: * Seared tuna in garlic and lemon sauce. This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to prepare: first, add salt and pepper to the tuna slices. When the oil is hot, add crushed garlic and the juice of half a lemon. Then sear the tuna, taking care to leave the center raw for a better taste. * Polpo alla Luciana: Fill the head of the octopus with garlic, capers, and olives, and let it fry until it becomes soft. Then, add more garlic, cherry tomatoes, capers, and olives, and continue cooking until all the ingredients are done. * Blueberry cupcakes: Mix sugar with lemon rind and butter in one bowl. Then, add the eggs. In another bowl, mix flour, yeast, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Combine the two mixtures while adding the milk. Finally, fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into the cupcake pan. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
