About This Video

In this cozy winter vlog, I’m leaning into the kind of slow living that gets me through dark days: small home touches, a bit of decluttering, and lots of comforting food. It all starts with my neighbor cutting back a huge bay tree—so of course I rescued a few branches to give them a second life indoors (yes, even with a few “pigeon surprises,” hehe). Bay leaves last forever, they’re not pretentious, and they instantly bring a lively spirit to the house—especially in the bedroom, which really needed brightness. Then I get honest about letting things go. Since many of you told me to keep both bags I bought, I knew I had to declutter my wardrobe—pieces I’ve accumulated through work that I barely wore (or never wore at all). I do the classic “one last try-on” before listing items on Vinted (I’m Coripop if you want to give them a second life). In the kitchen, I make chicken with mushrooms and cream, bake an Italian tart filled with lemon-scented custard and fruit (plus little biscuits from leftover dough), and finally tackle BBQ ribs inspired by my Netherlands trip—slow, saucy, and absolutely worth the time.
