Link to Recipe: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rWWh5plCUJnMrqdUsslyvR-plsq8VIVrKQCgKD8tKHU/edit?usp=sharing 🥘 Three-Bean Baked Beans with Bacon & Lit’l Smokies Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes Ingredients 12 oz Lit’l Smokies 5 bacon strips, diced ½ cup chopped onion ½ cup packed brown sugar ¼ cup ketchup ¼ cup barbecue sauce 2 tbsp molasses 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional) 2 cans (15 oz each) navy beans, drained 1 can (16 oz) butter beans, drained 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, drained Instructions Preheat Oven Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook Bacon In a large skillet, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and place on a plate lined with paper towel. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease from the pan. Brown Onions & Smokies Add onion and Lit’l Smokies to the skillet. Cook until the onions are soft and the sausages are browned. Combine Ingredients Return bacon to the skillet. Turn off the heat and stir in brown sugar, ketchup, barbecue sauce, molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and all spices. Add navy beans, butter beans, and kidney beans. Stir until everything is well coated. Bake Transfer the mixture to a 2½-quart baking dish.
