Link to recipe: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Lxx1CRCkzsEWpWG1D7RX8-I5jrv92zuKV31Fj-cdN2w/edit?usp=sharing 👇 Here’s the rub recipe I used: Rub Mixture for 1 Pork Butt (7–10 lbs): 3 Tbsp Paprika 1 cup Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Onion Powder 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes 3–5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp Salt 2 Tbsp Black Pepper 8 Tbsp Olive Oil This rub gives the pork a beautiful crust and locks in all that smoky goodness. I used a Green Mountain pellet smoker. I smoked the pork at 160 degrees for 12 hours, then I turned it up to 225 for a few hours.
