Shake well. Refrigerate extra for future use. 🍓 Instructions: Wash jars, lids, and bands. Keep jars hot in a cake pan. Prepare mashed raspberries and measure 4 cups into a saucepan. Add 2 tsp calcium water to the berries and stir. In a separate bowl, mix your pectin thoroughly into the sweetener (honey or sugar). Bring the fruit mixture to a full boil. Stir in the pectin-sweetener mix and continue stirring vigorously for 1–2 minutes as it returns to a full boil. Once fully boiling again, remove from the heat. Fill hot jars to ¼” from the top, wipe rims, and seal with lids and bands. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes (adjust time for altitude if needed). Let jars cool, check seals, and store.
