I usually talk about tech — building homelabs, self-hosting, debugging hardware — but today I made a very different kind of video. In light of Charlie Kirk’s recent death, I felt called to share a Christian reflection. This isn’t about politics or controversy — it’s about faith, grief, and what his passing means to me personally as a Christian and content creator. In this video, I explore: Why I, a tech YouTuber, felt compelled to switch gears and talk about God What Charlie Kirk’s legacy can teach us about purpose, belief, and mortality A message of hope, repentance, and redemption — not just for his followers, but for anyone 🙏 If you’re part of my usual tech audience — thank you for being open to this. And if you’re here because of Charlie Kirk, I genuinely hope this brings some peace or at least something real to think about. If this resonates with you: like, comment, and subscribe. I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🌐 Website: https://ishortn.ink/mI5DUxUTy 📧 Email: corecomputingsystems@gmail.com 🔵 Patreon: https://ishortn.ink/4SMdzRYAh 🌐 GitHub EFI's https://sub4unlock.com/SL/1542089 📱 Facebook group: https://ishortn.ink/GEanAsLDz 💡 Stay Connected: If you found this video helpful, please like, subscribe, and share! About This Video

I felt it was necessary to upload this video because I know it probably confused a lot of people seeing a church testimony pop up on a tech channel. This is still a tech channel—homelabs, networking, PC builds, and real-world repairs aren’t going anywhere. But I wanted to explain why I shared that part of my life, because there were a couple of events that pushed me to be more open about my Christian walk. The biggest thing was the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Seeing a father killed in front of his wife and children for political beliefs was awful, and it honestly shook me. Whatever your politics are, nobody deserves that, and it made me want to be bolder about my faith instead of keeping it separate from everything else. The other influence was a YouTuber I follow, Lubna, talking about wanting to see Christians share their journey—actually going to church and being real about their walk with God. In the video, I also mention my own background: I grew up going to church, walked away for a time, and my wife—born Muslim—ended up on her own journey and became a Christian too. If you’re not interested, that’s totally fine. But if you are, and you’ve got questions, my email is below and I’ll always try to help.
