About This Video

Hey guys, and welcome back to another video. In this cozy 2025 holiday reset, I’m sharing real cleaning motivation before Christmas—because I only had about two hours before I had to head back to work, and I needed to get my house together. Flu season around the holidays is honestly the worst, and after being down for almost a week, I was finally starting to feel a little better and ready to wipe down everything, vacuum, and mop so the whole space felt fresh again. I also made myself a warm cup of hot chocolate to get in the mood and ease back into a good reset. I take you along as I move room to room, starting in my bedroom since I washed our sheets, comforter sets, and bedding the night before. Then I jump into the kitchen to put food away into containers, get the dishwasher going, wipe down counters, and tackle crumbs and sticky spots on the floor. From there, I reset the dining room (tables, chairs, crumbs—everything), and finish in the living room by wiping down surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, and finally getting my wreath and doormat up. My priority was getting everything wiped down and the floors vacuumed and mopped so the house felt clean and holiday-ready—especially with family visiting.
