Come along with me for our first little family trip to Centreville Amusement Park on Toronto Island—this day was extra special because it was my toddler’s very first time on amusement park rides. You’ll see all the sweet, funny moments (and yes, a few nervous parent faces) as we do the classic kid rides like the carousel, the little boats, and even a ride where we’re up in the sky looking down at everything. He was honestly so cute—at one point he looked scared, then unimpressed, and then I’m like… okay, I think he likes it. I also share a quick outfit of the day (because you know I love a good, practical cute moment): I wore this really cute H&M dress and I loved that you couldn’t even tell I had drains—my abdomen drainage bags were totally hidden, which made me feel so much more comfortable. The biggest takeaway? I surprised myself. I didn’t know if I’d feel sick on the rides, but I felt really good and had such a great time. Centreville has been a key part of my childhood, so bringing my kids there—especially now that Adriano can actually ride—was just really, really special.
