Come hang out with me for our very first family trip to the Toronto Zoo—aka Adriano’s first zoo day ever. We’re literally on the way (gas station stop and all), and I’m so excited because the last time I went was NINE years ago and I even vlogged it back then. I rewatched that old video and was honestly in awe at what amazed me at the time, but I’ve heard the zoo has changed since the big “C,” so I wanted to see it with fresh eyes… and with my little guy this time. In this vlog, I’m sharing all the cozy, real-life mom moments: Adriano snacking (banana, of course), us walking through exhibits, and his little reactions to the animals. I also share my budgeting-parent tips—kids under 2 are free at the Metro Toronto Zoo (score), and adult tickets are pricey now (around $32), so use any discounts you can (I used my alumni discount). And if you’re staying all day, bring your own food because trust me… food and drinks are expensive. It was hot, we got tired out, and there are bloopers at the end—because that’s just real life.
