Tin foil poached walleye on the grill is one of my favorite recipes so I set out to catch a few walleye for dinner this past weekend after the Wisconsin fishing opener. Fishing was tough on the deep clear lakes but I managed to find a bunch of walleyes in a shallow, stained lake that were very willing to cooperate. With some help from The Kid, I put them in tinfoil and set them on the grill and man, this recipe was as good as I remember!
