In this video I’m showing you the fastest way to organize your Valeton GP200 presets so your workflow on the board stays quick and predictable. The big thing to know is this: right now, the GP200 can’t rearrange tones inside a bank directly on the hardware. If you try to “Save,” you’ll notice there’s no move/switch option, and if you jump to a different bank and save, you’ll just overwrite whatever preset is already sitting there—which isn’t ideal. So the fix is using the Valeton GP200 software. I connect the GP200 to my laptop with USB-C (and I only use a hub because my laptop is Type-C only—you can go straight in if you’ve got the right port). Once the editor connects, you can move presets one step at a time, send a preset to the very beginning or very end, or just drag-and-drop it exactly where you want (like moving something to 34C). The best part is it updates on the software and reflects on the board automatically, so your A/B/C layout ends up exactly how you want it for faster switching.
