In this build I take a 2024 Ford Transit and turn it into a legit, livable luxury camper van—without spending “buy-a-new-van” money. I walk through the conversion step by step, the way I actually build: real tools, real parts, and choices that make sense when you’re trying to get a clean finish without lighting your budget on fire. The goal was simple—make it feel like a tiny apartment on wheels, but keep it practical to build and service later.
