Good morning cuties—today I’m taking you through a full “what I eat in a day” on a low carb cycle while cutting, aka IIFYM vibes but still trying to stay thiccc and strong. I start the day with my low carb protein waffles: banana, eggs, baking powder, almond milk, and a scoop of Cinnabon-flavored Canadian protein. It looks like actual vomit while you mix it, but trust me, it turns into a legit waffle. I also show my little “ice cream sandwich” hack where I slap fat-free Cool Whip between two waffles and it tastes way too good for a cut. Then it’s real life chaos—running around, getting pho with my friend, and me complaining about parking and being tired because low carbs can hit different during lifting. Post-workout, I do my second protein of the day (whey isolate that tastes like caramel) and I make a super low carb pasta situation that’s basically a cut cheat code. I also show my macros and how I don’t really eat back exercise calories, plus I end the day with a taco salad (lettuce/spinach, ground turkey or beef, cheese, salsa).
