I literally just went to the door, saw a box, checked the label, and yes—it's from our friends at Initio Parfums. Inside were two brand-new launches: Sugar Blast and Wild Rush, which officially kick off the SUPERCHARGED Collection. In this video I unbox both, show you the new bottle design (it’s totally new and different), read the note card with the listed notes, and then I go straight to first impressions on skin—because that’s the only way I can really tell you how I feel in the moment. Wild Rush opens up citrusy, but it’s also fruity and sweet, and it genuinely surprised me. The vibe is bright—like an instant pep in your step—and I can absolutely see why they’re calling this a mood-altering collection. Then I tested Sugar Blast on my other hand and, to me, it reads nutty, sweet, and boozy with a good bit of vanilla. I’m not getting florals right now, but I am getting that same “brightened my day” effect immediately. They’re both beautiful, different, and interesting—and I can’t even pick a favorite yet.
