Adding the NanoLeaf bulb to the Aqara app via Matter.

I also show how to automate the light using a door and window sensor so that when the door opens and closes, the light automatically turns on and off. Using the Matter protocol you have access to the following functionality. On and off control, colour control, cool to warm light control, blinking of the light to identify which bulb you are accessing, power off memory settings and logs. The power of memory function is a great setting for things like power cuts. The NanoLeaf A19 Matter bulb is able to remember the state in which it was before a power loss meaning that you can choose whether the light turns on, off or returns its previous state after a power outage. By using the door and window sensor to automate this process, this gives a wide range of applications to the two devices. For instance, if someone is wheelchair-bound, or unable to reach the light switch for whatever reason, the simple action of opening the door turns the light on and closing the door will turn the light off again. This also has the potential to save your money as it will save power because you will never forget to turn the light off when the door is closed.
