This video is me… and this of course is not me. I’m breaking down a brand new free tool from Decart that lets you transform video in real time—no uploading a clip and waiting for a cloud render. I walk you through the three models: Mirage LSD for full video reskinning, LucyEdit Live for live “add/remove/adjust” edits inside the frame (think props and overlays), and LipSync Live for real-time mouth movement synced to audio. I test presets, push realistic scene prompts, try custom prompts, and show why the prompt bar is where this gets genuinely interesting. Then I zoom out on why real-time matters: once you can update video instantly, it’s not just a fun filter—it’s a building block for bigger systems. I talk about open-world AI agents (like Google’s SEMA 2), robotics, VR world-reskinning, and what this means for live creators using Decart Stream. Finally, I’m honest about the tradeoffs. Live models can morph and show latency, and the quality feels closer to where AI video was about a year ago—but it’s moving fast.
