About This Video

This video is all about the holy grail of AI filmmaking: character consistency. I tested a single, well-defined prompt that outputs a clean character reference sheet—full body from multiple angles plus face close-ups—and it genuinely changed the way I build repeatable characters. I stress tested it on the annoying edge cases people assume will break (facial tattoos, strange scars, specific piercings), and the results were far more consistent than most “overcomplicated” workflows. The key isn’t the platform—it’s the system. I’ve run this across image models, and it’s even stronger in Nano Banana (I demo it mainly in Google Flow because it’s built for visual creation). From there, I show the practical workflow: start from an original character or bring in a Midjourney image as a reference, generate the sheet, then fix common issues like cropped full-body rows with a simple remake instruction. Once you have that sheet, you can turn the character into video fast using “ingredients to video,” or (my preferred method) create a controlled first frame image and then run frames-to-video for higher quality. I also cover multi-character scenes, metaprompting with ChatGPT for longer cinematic prompts, changing lighting and outfits (even using an outfit image reference), and aging a character over time for flashbacks and time-lapse transformations—then I wrap with how this unlocks AI influencer personas and monetization paths.
