In this video, I react to clips of people walking away from Corporate America and saying out loud what so many are thinking: it’s become toxic, phony, and exhausting—“all theater.” Folks are tired of pretending, tired of the happy-hour politics, and tired of grinding for a system that can still cut them loose. I also share my own experience working in a toxic environment and why I understand the desire to leave. At the same time, I’m honest about reality: if you’re going to quit, you need a plan B and a plan C, because the job market is tough and companies are restructuring—especially with more work being replaced by AI. More people are choosing freedom, practical skills, frugal living, and preparedness over dependence on a corporate “social contract” that doesn’t feel fair anymore.
