All of our teachers at the centre have many years of teaching experience. They are suitable for fit and health adults. If you have a physical or mental health problem, consult an Iyengar Yoga teacher near to you. Early Morning Detox is an energetic class, suitable for the fit and active, who have had more than a year’s experience. The Complete Beginners class will suit those who are new to yoga, or for those who are returning after a break; it will also be good for students who want a slightly less physically demanding class. Relaxation and Meditation class is for those with over a year’s experience of Iyengar yoga, who have a good grounding in their asana practice and who are able to hold seated poses with relative ease.
