Use Urdhva Mukha Paschimottanasana - Intermediate Iyengar Yoga. In this Intermediate Yoga class, Lin works towards Anantasana, sometimes known as Sleeping Vishnu Pose or Vishnu's Couch Pose, Eternal One's Pose, or Side-Reclining Leg Lifts through other difficult poses like Urdhva Mukha Paschimottanasana (Upward facing Intense Stretch). In this 20 minute sequence, Lin uses some dynamic poses and actions which are not suitable for beginners. Lin shows how you can open the groins, the hips and the armpits to access some of the more challenging intermediate and advanced poses iwhich require both opening and stability in the body.
