10 minute Morning Boost Yoga Shot. Iyengar Yoga Class for Beginners. This is a 10 minute Iyengar Yoga Sequence for Beginners which can be practiced on its own. Although this is yoga for beginners, some of these actions are quite challenging for the novice. We would recommend you look at our Beginners Yoga series if you are new to yoga. This sequence comprises the following poses: Urdhva Hastasana in Tadasana - Raised arms in Mountain Pose Ardha Uttanasana - Standing Forward bend to a chair back Adho Mukha Svanasana - Dog Head Down Urdhva Mukha Svanasana - Dog Head Up Parsva Adho Mukha VIrasana - Twist in Forward Bending Hero Pose Parvatasana in Tadasana = Mountain Pose Utthita Trikonasana - Triangle Pose Garudasana arms in Vajrasana - Eagle Pose in Thunderbolt or Diamond Pose Sukhasana - Forward Bend in Cross Legs Savasana - Bent Leg Corpse Pose You just need your mat .
