About This Video

In this video I put the WISE Hitman side-by-side with a Tudor Black Bay 58 that I have in on a tour from the Random Rob Discord group. It’s a fun comparison because the Hitman reminds me a lot of the Black Bay design language, but the price gap is wild—about $325 for the WISE versus $3,700 MSRP for the Tudor. I go over the case/bracelet similarities (including those female end links and the overall vibe), then dig into the differences that actually matter when you’re wearing them and handling them. I cover the big spec stuff like dimensions, bezel inserts, crystals, and movements. The Tudor brings the in-house, COSC-certified movement with 70 hours of power reserve and that smooth 8-beat sweep, plus a bezel action that’s honestly just amazing—solid clicks with zero play. The WISE punches way above its price with a matte ceramic (and loomed) bezel insert, a Seiko NH35, and solid links/end links, but I do call out where I’d upgrade it (better movement and a nicer-looking clasp). I also throw both on my 6.5-inch wrist so you can see how they wear, then finish with a lume check—surprisingly close, with the Tudor looking a bit brighter, especially on that snowflake hour hand. Overall takeaway: microbrands like WISE are offering a ton of bang for the buck, but the Tudor still feels like the more refined package.
