MOVING INTO MY (tiny) DREAM KITCHEN

Of all the different tiny houses, vans, boats, and shipping containers we've worked on over the years, I have to say that this little kitchen is probably my favorite build so far. It turned out so much more beautiful and functional than we could have ever hoped for, especially considering that most of the work was done in the dead of winter on top of a mountain in the Catskills with no cell service, no electricity, but a whole lot of joy and perseverance ; ) Big shout out to all the people in our community that came together to make this one happen, especially our friends Levi and Leah who put in the insulation, our friend Audie who flew from Berlin to help out, and our friend Noah who did most of the interior work together with Lou and taught him how to build interior cabinets. Once we get all of the finishing touches in place we will have to do a tour to explain some of the cool off-grid systems, inspired by our time in the van! Big hugs, Dana .......................
