Mornings In The Mountains

Prioritizing time in nature has been one of the best shifts of our entire life. It was something I didn't realize I needed until we moved into the van. Those years, nature became our home. We parked alongside it, spent our days exploring, and when we found ourselves in a city for too long, it called us back immediately. And ever since that realization, we've known that we are at our happiest and most grounded when we choose to place ourselves as close to the outdoors as we can. Right now living off-grid in a cottage in the jungle, we definitely are in the midst of the natural world constantly, but after a while, I start feeling this pull towards the mountains and the ocean. We woke up on Friday and set out for a day with so many of my favorite things. We hiked, saw incredible views, met up with friends, spent time in the water, played with our puppy, ate yummy food, and even played board games (though I have to admit, I don't think Catan is my favorite). I'm so grateful for a healthy body during this pregnancy that lets me keep exploring and doing the things I love with those I love :) Hope you enjoy this one! .......................
