A garden is the heart of any self-sufficient off-grid homestead, and we are so proud to have finally started ours! With so much going on with the shipping container build lately, it was hard to find the time to build this massive project. Luckily we had some friends in town from Berlin and the extra hands helped make things move along much faster. Also incredible update from the seeds we planted just last week - they're already sprouting beautiful baby leaves.
