In this video, I’m leveling up my home office desk setup with my first-ever brand partnership—Grovemade. They reached out and sent me a few of their accessories to review, and I picked six items that I felt would actually make my workspace more ergonomically organized (and, let’s be real, way more aesthetically pleasing). I’ve known about Grovemade for a while, but I never pulled the trigger because it’s definitely on the pricier side—so I wanted to be honest about what feels worth it and why. I unbox everything, talk through the packaging (recyclable, paper-sealed, plus a handwritten note), and then show how each item fits into my day-to-day as a UX designer and content creator. The big upgrade is the walnut desk shelf—this is what helped me declutter, reposition my speakers properly, and clean up cable/gear placement by adding an extra “layer” to my desk. I also go over the desk tray for quick-grab tools, the wool felt desk pad for a warmer/cozier feel (with a small writing-surface drawback), the trackpad tray that makes moving my Magic Trackpad easier, leather coasters to protect surfaces and age with character, and a walnut pen cup to stay organized.
