In this Christmas Thrift Store haul, I took you with me to my two favorite thrift stores (this batch is from the veterans thrift store), because you truly never know what you’re going to find. I told myself I wasn’t buying any Christmas paper this year… and then I immediately grabbed the red truck wrapping paper for 65 cents because I “needed that.” I also picked up a not-so-pretty little Christmas tree container (also 65 cents) that’s going to be perfect for sticking pokey tools or pretty pins in so they’re protected. I found some super cute vintage-style goodies too—like an adorable little train set the girl only charged me 50 cents for (and yes, I’m trying to save that vintage tag). I grabbed a gold-foiled paper pack, shipping labels to prep for next year (since my post office PO box situation is a mess right now), and a Christmas book I can cut up for tags and junk journal bits. The big win was a mystery bag of embossing folders for $3.95—Sizzix, Cricut, Stampin’ Up, Spellbinders… all kinds of patterns. Four bucks for that many folders? That was an awesome deal.
