Since I am unable to do many product reviews right now I thought I would create a video on what it is like to train with injuries, and more specifically, with broken ribs. As a mountain biker and trail runner I was itching to get back on the trails, and getting my fitness back was the first step. But I was nervous and had many questions. How painful is it?
