Flowvana is an excellent intermediate MTB jump line at WildSide Adventure Park! Starting at the top you take Whip or Will to Rattler Ridge. Flowvana is located right across the road and leads into Thunderhead which will dump you out at the bottom. We sessioned this line multiple times because of how much fun it was. Everything is built close to trail speed so you don’t have to spend too much time figuring out the timing on all the jumps. I would highly recommend checking out Wildside if you are in Tennessee! For more trail details see below Whip or Will https://www.trailforks.com/trails/whiporwill/ Rattler Ridge https://www.trailforks.com/trails/rattler-ridge/ Flowvana https://www.trailforks.com/trails/flowvana/ Thunderhead https://www.trailforks.com/trails/thunderhead-843573/ TRAIL DETAIL: Whip or Will is a blue flow trail that starts some easy tables but then traverses across the side of the mountain requiring some pedaling. There is an intersection that you have to make a right hand turn on to stay on Whip or Will. After a couple doubles and a table, you will hit several tight berms which will dump you onto Rattler Ridge. Rattler Ridge is pretty short and full of doubles and a couple tables. At the end you will cross a road to get to Flowvana. Flowvana is really well built and full of tables. If you are going trail speed you should not have too much trouble clearing everything. None of the tables felt bucky, in fact they were more ramp like in nature IMO. Eventually the trail merges into Thunderhead where the jumps get much bigger. I found myself having to put in a few strokes between each jump in order to get the speed to clear them. At the bottom, there is also a small jump park with beginner, intermedia and expert level jump lines that are easy to session. The shuttle was a bus with a massive tow-behind bike rack. As a shorter rider I struggled a little bit lifting the bike into the rack but once you get the technique it became less of an issue. The park also had a repair shop, bathrooms and a gift shop.
