Learn the techniques and mindset to help you conquer difficult skinnies with your mountain bike. Check out the full episode from the Ride & Laugh MTB Podcast here: https://youtu.be/qRdM5CjaADo Dan and I took a ride to see all the new skinnies on a trail called Twisted Sister at Mt Penn in Reading PA. The difficulty level ranged from beginner to expert, including one that was over 30 ft long, 3 ft off the ground, with a high consequence teeter totter built in. I’m fairly comfortable riding skinnies but Dan was less confident. This gave us a unique opportunity to talk about our approach and mindset when tackling these features. I also provide a few tips and tricks that I use when riding skinnies. If you have any additional tips please leave them in the comments below. Huge shout out to Dane and Fred for building and maintaining these awesome features! ADDITIONAL INFO: Twisted Sister is labeled Green on Trailforks, however the skinnies range from easy to difficult, so proceed with caution when attempting them and use common sense. https://www.trailforks.com/trails/twisted-sister-532722/ The Ride and Laugh Mountain Bike Podcast is hosted by Dan @the_ride_abides and Sage @TrailSage.
