The Windbreaker from Magicshine is a fantastic option for mountain bikers and cyclist interested in photochromic sunglasses. I’ve been testing them over the last year on my MTB and found them to be durable, comfortable, and work extremely well in most conditions. I would have no problem recommending these to any cyclist looking for an affordable pair of sunglasses. MORE DETAILS: I don’t typically wear sunglasses on my MTB rides for two reasons. One, most of them tend to fog up on me while riding. And two, I sweat a lot which causes them to slide down on my face and drip on the lens. So, when Magicshine reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in trying the Windbreaker I was hesitant. Not to mention I was also extremely skeptical of the photochromic capabilities, especially at such an affordable price point. To my surprise these sunglasses really impressed me! I did not experience any fogging issues, and the photochromic lens actually works amazingly! The full coverage frameless lens design allowed me to focus on my riding without obstructing my view, which is especially important in mountain biking. The overall construction was solid and held up to all the abuse I put them through, like branches to the face and the “occasional” crash, lol. Even through the most gnarly terrain these sunglasses never slid down or fell off my face. In fact, they were so comfortable that I often forgot that I was even wearing them. I’m not affiliated with Magicshine, and I do not earn any commission. I've just enjoyed using the Windbreaker a lot and would have no problem recommending them.
