The hits keep coming! Mountain biking at Rocky Ridge Park – Just Ride Ep. 23

With killer tech lines, exhilarating downhills and challenging features, Rocky Ridge Park in York PA is one of my new favorite mountain bike destinations. Although this is a relatively small park it packs a serious punch. You can expect to get about 12 to 15 miles and 2200 ft of climbing. Dan and I found tons of well-built alt lines making it a riding spot that can grow with your skill level. Our favorite line by far was Trail 9, which featured drops and senders the entire way down. The folks at YAMBA do a great job building and maintaining the park so if you are going to be in the York area I would highly recommend checking this place out! To learn more about YAMBA (York Area Mountain Bike Association), or make a donation check out their website: https://yamba.org/ ROUTE SUGGESTIONS: Normally I would suggest following our route but this place can be ridden in either direction so instead I will leaving you to suggestions. One, I would hit Trail 8 going West to East. The blue section has a couple cool tech features and the black section is a fun rip. Two, if you want a good downhill run Trail 9 has got you covered. You may want to walk the line first so you know what you are getting into.
