The Grand Opening of “The Local” – Quarryville’s Premiere MTB Park

The Local is Quarryville’s premiere mountain bike park and it’s awesome!!! Nestled in the heart of Lancaster PA, the park features everything from expert level jumps to beginner flow trails, not to mention a variety of skinnies. The Blue jump trail takes it one step further and includes a optional 3 foot drop. The three table top jumps at the very top are designed to be sessioned without going down the entire line making it awesome for progression! The Expert Jump Line is definitely for advanced riders and features three massive table top jumps and an optional gapped step down booter. All the trails filter down to a mellow 40ft climb trail which makes sessioning a breeze. In addition to the jump lines there are also some tech/flow trails featuring teeter totters, skinnies and rock gardens. All the trails are labeled with trail signs and a comprehensive trail map is in the works. In summary, this place is perfect for riders of all skill levels and for families looking for something to do. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the Enola Low Grade Trail.
