Stop wind noise from ruining your MTB videos!

Nothing is worse than coming back from an epic mountain bike ride only to find out that wind noise has ruined your video! As a content creator, I rely heavily on POV action cam footage, so having good audio is really important. After experimenting with a few options, I found the Rycote Micro Windjammer to be extremely effective at reducing and even eliminating wind noise issues. The Windjammer is a wind muff that can be applied to your action cams using some adhesive pads. And while it is not as convenient as a foam cover, which you can remove at any time, the coverage is way better. In my test I was able to reach speeds over 20 mph (32 kph) and still hear my voice clearly. However if you live in a wet environment this might not be a viable option because they are less efficient when they get wet, and removing them is a hassle. I cover the installation and removal of the Windjammer using my GoPro however this will work with most action cameras. I am very impressed with the quality and durability of the Rycote Windjammer and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
