Deer Line to Lower Deer Line – Smedley Park, Springfield, PA [FTR Series]

Deer Line at Smedley Park is another great old school flow trail that traverses the upper ridge before dropping down to Crum Creek. It’s mostly downhill, but there are a few spots that require some pedaling so get your legs ready. Deer Line https://www.trailforks.com/trails/deer-line/ Lower Deer Line https://www.trailforks.com/trails/lower-deer-line/ TRAIL DETAIL: You can find the start of Deer Line just past the baseball field at Jane Lownes Park. The first half of the trail is off camber and rooty in some spots, but eventually begins to tilt down. In this video we exit right on to Lower Deer Line which drops you down to Crum Creek. If you choose to go straight the trail will eventually lead to the parking lot at the end of Papermill Rd.
