About This Video

In this video I’m reviewing real boxing training clips that you lot have sent me, and I’m giving you honest feedback on what to fix—plus a bit of roasting where it’s deserved. I go through heavy bag work, mitt work, shadow boxing with weights, and general technique, and I’m looking for the same things every time: realistic boxing, good habits, and solid fundamentals. And yes… I caught one guy speeding his video up. Mate, I’m not having it. On the heavy bag, I call out a massive mistake I see all the time: people trying to stop the bag with their hands instead of controlling it with punches and footwork. I also break down body hooks that would land on the bicep in a real fight, and why your non-punching hand must stay up to protect your face—especially when you throw hooks, because your chin can be wide open. I also talk about why I need to see your feet (footwork is everything), why unrealistic combinations won’t help you early on, and my thoughts on ankle weights vs wrist weights for shadow boxing. If you take the small tweaks seriously—hands back to your face, stay on your toes, keep it realistic—you’ll level up fast.
