How to Make a Titanium Framelock Folding Knife - Part 2

This is Part two in my series on making a titanium framelock flipper folding knife. In this part we go through cutting out and profiling the titanium frames for the frame lock folder. We drill and ream the pivot hole, spot and drill the frame holes including the location of the pivot pin and the lock bar. We also cut out the spacer, drill the tap size hole then tap the spacer. Then countercore the frame for .256 screw heads.
