Grinding bevels and finishing a set of Fillet Knives

Part three in continuing work on my knives for the Louisiana Custom Knife Show. I'll be completing three fillet knives in this episode made from ProCut Steel. I will grind the bevels, do the hand sanding and finishing. Then etch the logos and the blade. Afterwards I will drill and layout the handles, prep for glue-up, sculp and shape the handle and final polishing.
