Custom Folding Knives in Progress | Twisted Damascus, Feather & Stainless Builds

In this video, I continue building four custom folding knives, including twisted Damascus folders, a feather pattern Damascus folder, and a stainless steel folder. Two of the knives will use linerlock mechanisms, and two will be built as framelock folders. I start by surface grinding the Damascus billets down to the correct thickness, then troubleshoot and repair the surface grinder after a fuse failure. Once the machine is back up and running, I glue on blade templates, rough profile the blades, and layout and drill the pivot and stop pin holes to prepare them for future assembly. This episode focuses on the foundational machining and layout work that makes or breaks a high-quality folding knife.
