In this video, I show you how I sell an online course on a WooCommerce store for free by pairing WooCommerce with the Masteriyo LMS plugin. The idea is simple: I build the course inside Masteriyo (sections, video lessons, text lessons, even quizzes), and then I let WooCommerce handle the checkout and payments. So students buy like they would any normal product, and once the order is completed, they get access to the course. I start from a site that already has WooCommerce installed (I also set up an offline/bank transfer payment method just to demo the flow). Then I install Masteriyo, run through the setup wizard, and enable the key bridge: the WooCommerce integration add-on inside Masteriyo. After that, I create a course, publish it, and use the course builder to add content (YouTube videos with timestamps, formatted text lessons, and a quiz with different question types). Finally, I make the course paid, click “create product,” and Masteriyo generates the WooCommerce product automatically with the title, image, and price. I also walk you through the WooCommerce settings that matter (disable guest checkout, allow account creation/login), and I demo the student experience end-to-end: buy now → cart → checkout → order completed → course appears in the Masteriyo account dashboard with a clean learning UI, progress tracking, and distraction-free mode.
