this might be my new favorite way to overnight layover! Once I saw this hotel, right in the airport, just a few minutes away from my departure gate, I immediately knew I wanted to make a quick video sharing it so others know about it as well! This really changed the game for me, and iI'm definitely going to be searching for more hotels like this in other international airports! ッ Booking: "MY CLOUD Transit Hotel - Guests with international flight only!" Price: I paid $150 USD, I've seen some range from $80 - 200 depending on the room you pick. About This Video

I had an overnight layover in Frankfurt, Germany and instead of being crouched up on a three-seater at the gate, I booked a hotel inside the airport: MY CLOUD Transit Hotel. I saw it on TikTok and immediately thought… why would I even leave the airport if the price is roughly the same and I’m literally just here for the night? In this video I do a quick room tour, unpack a bit, and show how clutch it is to have a private room with your own bathroom just minutes from your departure gate. The biggest win for me was being able to shower, refresh, and actually sleep—especially after a long day of sitting around airports (even when the flight itself wasn’t long). I also share a super important travel tip: have a security-approved cosmetics bag because they will throw away your products if your liquids bag is bigger than their specific large Ziploc. Then in the morning I get into the logistics: this stay is for international travelers (it’s in the international wing) and it’s basically carry-on only, since you can’t check luggage the day before. Overall, it was such a game-changer—my only complaint is I wish the room could get colder than 16°C because I’m a sweaty sleeper.
