Come spend a full day with me in ATL as I get ready for my first invited influencer event with SheaMoisture. I’m on a real time crunch (traffic is no joke, so I had to be out the house around 3), which means it’s a full reset day: content setup, wash day, quick styling decisions, press-on nails, makeup, outfit panic… all of it. I also show you my behind-the-scenes filming setup for hair-wash content (back camera only, clean lens always), and I’m super honest about what’s working and what’s not—especially when my hair is frizzing at the roots and I’m trying to give it “as much love as I can.” I tested a mix of products, talked through scent picks for the body wash (I’m a shea butter girl, but I was torn), and did a fast braid/style moment with my summer flower clips because yes… we’re bringing those back. Then I finished the look with press-ons from a small business (I love supporting small businesses), did a glowy base, struggled through lashes like always, and headed to the event (Uber code secured, thank you). After, I’m walking around campus in full floral, grabbing food, and ending the night like I always do—taking off my makeup, locking in, and getting my work done because if I put it off, I procrastinate.
