About This Video

I’ve been in the tech automation space for a minute, and in this video I’m basically opening up my Zapier account and letting you “steal my Zaps.” Zapier is my go-to connectivity tool because it makes triggers + actions stupid simple, and the app library is massive. I walk you through how I organize my Zaps into folders (clients, client journey, community, team ops, and my little “autobots” that I set-and-forget for reminders and notifications). I’ve tested a lot—like… a lot—so I show you the structure that makes sense for me and for anyone else who has to maintain the system later. Then I zoom into my client journey flow: what happens when someone books a call (I use Moxie), how I push data into Airtable and ClickUp, and how I use paths so I’m not building five separate Zaps when one smart Zap can handle it. I also show my proposal sent/signed automation: updating stages, adding client details, creating a templated ClickUp list, spinning up a Slack channel, and generating shared Google Drive folders—so onboarding runs while I sleep. And yes, I talk pricing too: when Zapier dropped the price, baby, I was never leaving.
