A lot of people have been asking how to track a process inside SuiteDash without it turning into a whole “where did that client go?” situation—so in this video I demo my favorite quick-and-clean way to do it: a tracker built with Circles + a Dashboard widget. I use Circles to represent each stage in your workflow (think: inquiry → call → proposal → invoice), then I place a CRM Filter widget for each Circle into a simple 4-column dashboard layout so you can see everything in real time. I also show you how I like to style the tracker so it actually looks good (because yes, I like to get fancy). I build an easy header in Canva, drop it into the dashboard, and then tighten up spacing/margins so the columns sit nicely. From there, it’s just “less is more”: duplicate the layout, swap the Circle filter for each stage, and you’re basically done. Finally, I test it live by creating a contact (Lily Lewis), adding her to a Circle, and then moving her through stages so you can see how the tracker updates instantly. This setup makes it super obvious when someone is stuck in the wrong stage (or accidentally in two stages), and you can keep it private for yourself or show it to specific people.
