About This Video

SuiteDash is always dropping new little gems, and in this video I’m doing a first look at a brand-new (and kinda hidden) feature called Stacks. It popped up under the Content menu, and I *think* it’s available on all plans (I didn’t double-check, it literally just showed up). Before I started clicking around, I pulled up the live help doc to understand the intent: a Stack is basically a reusable group of blocks you can drop into different areas of SuiteDash—pages, lessons, funnels, proposals, documents, and more. Then I tested it live. I created a general Stack and noticed it feels super similar to the portal page/dashboard block widgets you already know. The big “aha” is that the available widgets change depending on the module (general vs portal page vs sales funnel, etc.), which is exactly what I wanted to see. After that, I showed how to apply a Stack inside a portal page by choosing a pre-selected Stack row, and we confirmed the real power: if you update the Stack at the Stack level, it updates everywhere it’s used. The limitation (for now) is that the Stack content is essentially hardcoded on the page—you can work around it with other rows, but you’re not truly editing the Stack inline.
