In this SuiteDash 101, I’m walking you through how I build a clean, automated onboarding workflow—because I’ve seen so many people get stuck right here. They know onboarding has “steps,” but they can’t confidently say what happens first, what happens second, and how to connect it all inside SuiteDash. So I’m showing you the exact framework we use in client buildouts: we start with a mapping board (my blueprint), then we move into execution, and finally we collect what we need from the client so we can build fast without the back-and-forth. I break down SuiteDash’s cleancut starting points—kickoff, booking, or checkout form—and the decision tree that follows: proposal, document, invoice, or skipping straight to a portal invitation. Once they’re in the portal, we create the actual onboarding flow using either modules or portal pages, so the client experience feels smooth and branded. I also share my “work backwards” strategy (SuiteDash is like that sometimes), how we stay organized in ClickUp, and why I always leave room for at-will customization—because if SuiteDash releases something I like, baby, I’m about to build it out for you.
