I walk through pricing in plain English (account vs. users, what Starter/Thrive/Pinnacle really mean, and why Pinnacle is the heavy hitter). I cover the free trial, the no-contract vibe, and what happens when you cancel (you lose access when the billing cycle ends—so plan ahead). Then we talk setup reality: what you can do in a day vs. a couple hours, how I approach VIP Days, and how to work backwards from your process when you’re building workflows, forms, proposals, invoices, and portals. I also touch integrations (Stripe/PayPal, Zapier, webhooks, API, iframes), mobile app expectations, and where to get legit support without ending up paying for “cheap quick results” you’ll have to redo later.
