In this SuiteDash 101 video, I’m breaking down a myth I keep seeing: “ChatGPT can build my SuiteDash system for me.” I’m not here to crush dreams—I use ChatGPT too (especially for wording and mapping ideas). But when it comes to actually building inside SuiteDash, ChatGPT doesn’t know the platform, the terminology, or the real setup steps… and that’s where people get frustrated fast. I walk through a live prompt as if I’m a total newbie trying to create a full client workflow (lead intake → discovery call → proposal/contract/invoice → onboarding → tasks/projects → communication). Then I point out what’s helpful versus what’s flat-out incorrect—like wrong module names (“public forms”), confusing “automation” language, and missing the how-to steps that matter (circles, redirects, onboarding flows, project/task templates, portal access timing). I also talk dashboard reality: what you can absolutely build with widgets, forms, files, and HTML, and what won’t magically update unless you connect it to real data.
